About Dani

- As a kid Dani abused and tortured all kinds of children´s drumsets ;-)

- At the age of twelve he took his first drum lessons.

- Dani had his first “Garage band” when he was 14.

- When he was 17 he had his first recording sessions.

- From 1991 on Dani played drums in several local bands.

- Between 1991 and 1994 Dani took drum lessons at MDS, Zurich.

- 1994 he teamed up with Thilo Herrmann (Running Wild) to found the band “Höllenhunde”.

- Between 1996 and 1999 Dani studied music at ACM, Zurich.

- During this time he played in a melodic metal band called “Glenmore”.

- From 1997 to 1998 Dani played in “Element 58”, an acoustic rock band.

- 1999 - 2005 he was a member of the German metal band “Rawhead Rexx”.

- 2004 he was the drummer for Blaze Bayley (ex-Iron Maiden) additionaly.

- Since february 2005, Dani is the drummer for the legendary German band “Helloween”.
